Volleyball Engine is a volleyball tournament management platform that allows players to register for tournaments, view schedules, and track scores.
2. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
- Register for tournaments with no intention of participating.
4. Tournament Participation
By registering for a tournament through Volleyball Engine:
- You agree to follow the rules set by the tournament director.
- You acknowledge that team assignments, schedules, and formats are determined by the tournament director and may change.
- You understand that tournament results and scores will be publicly visible.
- You accept that participation in physical sports carries inherent risk of injury.
5. Disclaimers
Volleyball Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Volleyball Engine is a tournament management tool. We are not responsible for the organization, conduct, or outcome of any tournament run using the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volleyball Engine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, tournament results, or any issues arising from platform downtime.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
